  • Proof of defect (clear photographs and/or a detailed description) is provided at the time of request.

Note: Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless a confirmed manufacturing defect is found.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Custom-designed or personalized products without manufacturing defects.

  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper washing, or misuse.

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events.

    Return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by the customer.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of inspection.
